(1) Body Awareness Course
The idea:
This course is intended as a kind of free-style course, discovering the true meaning of (body) awareness. The knowledge I have acquired over the years in the fields of Tai Chi, Shiatsu, energy work, Samalin as well as in Physiotherapy, Chinese Medicine and Meditation will fuse in this course.
Main aspects
This is all about the arriving in the here and now, i.e. arriving in the moment: realizing the Zen aspect “ It is as it is”, leaving aside all judgements but being aware about one´s own potential for growth and develepment.
Practices of stillness, concentration on the essential and a thereby deepened perception will be the helping methods on the path.
Possibilities
Abilities such as sensitivity, relaxation, coordination, strength, concentration, stability and balance will be improved for each of the participants.
Attentiveness, resonance with ourselves and life, a loving attitude and a good communication with ourselves and our surrounding will become even more refined.
Contents
The specific exercises chosen naturally will also depend on the composition of the group.
Contents are the Tai Chi Yang-style form as well as partner exercises, general loosening exercises, stretches as well as treatment aspects from a Shiatsu diagnoses, several Meditation Exercises (Vipassana, Zen Buddhism, Meridian / Organ Meditation, Sufism) and Breathing Exercises (Pranayama, Physiotherapy).
